BUSINESS RETREAT DISCOVERY PROCESS
Lariat Springs
The Lariat Springs vision of an inspired and peaceful environment for entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals to refresh personally and grow professionally was created by John Maneri, a successful CEO, and entrepreneur. After hosting and participating in a multitude of company gatherings, learning workshops, and business retreats internationally over his career, John envisioned a space that encompassed all the best elements of those gatherings.
The initial discovery meeting is meant to be a “look under the hood” in all respective areas that impact the valuation and the marketability of the company. Through an intimate setting in a beautiful Lariat Springs venue, we will take a deep dive and get to know the business better and the entrepreneur(s) behind everything. The findings in our initial kick-off meeting will be used to determine and provide guidance and objectives going forward, and we will continue to meet on a quarterly basis.
